We offer Kaiseki dishes which took in happy ingredients for meeting of the new members and ceremony to celebrate a baby's first eating, celebration of longevity (the sixtieth birthday, seventy years of age, the Age of Joy, umbrella Kotobuki, the eighty-eighth birthday, Kotobuki that is a graduate, white Kotobuki celebration).
