We start Kumamoto fair 2017 that we packed with red good flavor of "country of fire" Kumamoto on Wednesday, March 1, 2017.

Earth Kumamoto of "food" which the fertile soil and clean water built up. We keep rich nature and the topography and climate alive in "country of fire" and called Kumamoto from ancient times, and agriculture and forestry marine product that there is many is produced. Please thoroughly enjoy red good flavor that Kumamoto dirt beef, spring sea bream, Ceylon moss Japanese tiger prawn, rich nature including bright red tomato produced.

Sea bream from Amakusa

We are elected in "fish of the Kumamoto four seasons" by "spring fish". We are respected as "King of 100 fish" from ancient times and are fish which is indispensable to seat of celebration. Body has red a bright blue spot generally. Body becomes cerise and fat gets on the body and is called "spring sea bream" particularly in spring because it becomes delicious.

Lotus root

March of - next year is shipment time of lotus root in the end of August. Polyphenol and mucin, special ingredient including Tannin are included in lotus root in addition to abundant vitamin C, and, in addition, dietary Fiber, calcium, nutrition including iron content are rich.

Japanese tiger prawn from Amakusa

Culture is prosperous around Ceylon moss area. We were appointed in "fish of Kumamoto" in 1989.

Octopus from Amakusa

It is octopus of Amakusa, Kumamoto to be said that it is particularly delicious in Japan. There is sweetness, and octopus fished on the coast of Ceylon moss is exquisite very softly.

Tomato
